Policies
Shipping & delivery
Idols ship from our own stock, so most orders leave the same week you place them — packed to survive a courier.
Dispatch time
Most orders leave within 1 to 2 working days, then 3 to 7 days in transit depending on your PIN code. Hand-painted pieces can take a few days longer when stock runs out.
Packing
Foam-cradled and double-boxed. Brass and panchdhatu pieces get an extra layer, because they are heavy enough to damage themselves in transit.
Charges
Flat ₹79 across India. Free on orders above ₹1,999.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the day it ships.
Damage in transit
Rare, but if it happens, send us a photo of the packaging and the piece within 48 hours and we replace it. No argument.
